Job summary

RECRUIT FAST PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable accounting professional to manage a portfolio of clients, respond to queries, and perform data entry using Xero, AutoCount, and MS Office.

The role includes preparing financial reports and handling online filings with regulatory bodies in Singapore. The ideal candidate holds an accounting qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience, and is capable of juggling multiple deadlines while communicating clearly with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree or professional qualification in accounting or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience is preferred.
• Experience in an accounting firm, corporate service provider or outsourced accounting environment will be an advantage.
• Comfortable managing several clients and deadlines at the same time.
• Careful, responsible and willing to follow work through to completion.
• Able to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Candidate without experience also can apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounting, secretarial, and tax clients.
• Respond professionally to client queries and requests.
• Perform data entry using systems like Xero, AutoCount, and MS Office.
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Handle online filings with ACRA, IRAS, CPF, etc.
