Job summary

You will assist in GST compliance, cash flow monitoring, and preparing financial statements while coordinating with auditors. A degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent with at least one year of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full sets of accounts, including General Ledger, AP, AR, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Manage accounts receivable, collections, credit control, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and banking facilities.
• Support monthly financial statements, management reports, cash flow reports, budgets, and forecast analysis.
• Assist in preparation and submission of GST returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors and prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
• Handle general office administration and support day-to-day operational activities.
• Perform ad-hoc accounting, finance, and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent
