IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in Singapore to process invoices for two entities, ensure timely posting, and maintain audit-ready records. This 4-month maternity cover role is office-based in the West near Clementi.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or LCCI in Accounting and at least 1 year of AP experience; Navision experience is a plus. You will liaise with suppliers, perform reconciliations, and assist with month-end provisions.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or LCCI in Accounting is required or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of accounts payable experience.
• Experience with Navision is preferred but not required.

• Salary UP $2.8K
• Working Location: West (Near to Clementi)
• 5 Days (Monday to Friday / 8.30AM - 6.00PM)
• 4 Month Contract (Maternity Cover)

Job Scope:

• Process trade and non-trade supplier invoices for two entities, ensuring accuracy and timely posting.
• Match overseas trade invoices against goods received notes (GRNs) and perform monthly AP reconciliations.
• Process supplier payments, contra settlements against AR, staff claims, driver cash card reimbursements and ad hoc payments.
• Prepare month-end provision and accrual journal entries.
• Liaise with suppliers on invoice queries, statements and payment status, while maintaining complete and audit-ready accounting records.

Requirement:

• Diploma or LCCI in Accounting
• 1 Year of Accounts Payable Experience
• Navision Software Experience preferred but not a must
