Job summary

IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in Singapore to process invoices for two entities, ensure timely posting, and maintain audit-ready records. This 4-month maternity cover role is office-based in the West near Clementi.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or LCCI in Accounting and at least 1 year of AP experience; Navision experience is a plus. You will liaise with suppliers, perform reconciliations, and assist with month-end provisions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or LCCI in Accounting is required or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of accounts payable experience.
• Experience with Navision is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process trade and non-trade supplier invoices for two entities.
• Match overseas trade invoices against GRNs and perform monthly AP reconciliations.
• Process supplier payments and related settlements and ad hoc payments.
• Prepare month-end provision and accrual journal entries.
• Liaise with suppliers on invoices and payment status; maintain audit-ready records.
