Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore invites applications for a 3 to 6 months contract role focused on accounts payable. You will manage supplier invoices, payment processing, vendor registration in SAP, and assist with month-end close.

Working hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Salary up to SGD 3,500 per month, with opportunities to be involved in cash flow statements and process improvements. Applicants should be prepared for a hands-on accounting role.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and month-end closing.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel.
• Ability to process supplier invoices and reconcile statements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal vouchers and ensure timely closing of accounts payable.

Job Scope

• Process supplier invoices up to date into the accounting system.
• Promptly payment processing.
• Process monthly Corporate Credit Card expenditure and employee claims.
• New vendor registration to SAP, correspond with suppliers regarding outstanding accounts, respond to inquiries and reconcile supplier statement.
• Prepare journal voucher and ensure timely closing of accounts payable.
• Monitor petty cash, bank reconciliation and related issues.
• Prepare weekly cash flow.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
