Job summary

ASIATIC AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRIES PTE LTD is seeking an accounting professional to manage day-to-day AR and AP tasks, assist with invoicing, and support GST obligations. The role includes monthly bank reconciliations and financial reporting.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and able to start immediately or on short notice; Gul Circle location with MRT access provided for commuting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Navision accounting system is a plus.

Job description

Job Description:

• Perform day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions
• Assist with customer billings and invoicing
• Assist in Goods and Services Tax (GST) reporting
• Handle monthly bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD)

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI, CAT, or an equivalent qualification
• Relevant working experience in accounting is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with the Navision accounting system is an advantage (not a mandatory requirement)
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong willingness to learn
• Pleasant disposition with a positive working attitude
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period preferred
• Willing to work at Gul Circle
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.15am - 5.30pm (5 days work)
