Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an AR-focused professional to oversee accounts receivable activities at our Tuas South facility.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer master data, reconciling AR aging with the general ledger, and generating monthly invoices for single haul and adhoc trips. You will liaise with sales and the contract management team to resolve discrepancies, prepare month-end SOAs, and coordinate with auditors for year-end closings.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR processes, create/update customer master, reconcile AR aging to GL.
• Generate monthly lump-sum invoices and reconcile variances between periods.
• Enter data for job cards to support single haul/adhoc invoicing.
• Prepare and send lump-sum and single haul invoices to customers.
• Liaise with sales for invoice/credit notes and contract management updates.
• Send monthly statements of accounts (SOA) to customers.
• Extract and organize Hooklift dumping tickets for end-of-month invoicing.
• Bill adhoc FOC trips that exceed the cap.
• Coordinate with auditors for interim and year-end closings.
