Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Executive (AR) to manage the accounts receivable cycle from Tuas South. You will maintain customer master data, generate invoices, and ensure AR balances reconcile to the general ledger.

Qualifications

• AR responsibilities including reconciliation to GL
• Monthly lump-sum invoicing and variance reconciliation
• Data entry for job cards to support invoicing
• Invoicing and issuing credit notes with sales
• Monthly SOA preparation and audit support
• Liaison with contract management for revisions

Responsibilities

• Manage AR aging and reconciliations to GL
