Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive (AR) in Singapore to manage end-to-end accounts receivable functions.

You will create and update customer master records, reconcile AR aging with GL, and generate monthly invoices. You will liaise with sales and billing teams, handle lump sum and adhoc invoicing, issue statements of account, process job cards and ensure accurate billing. This role requires meticulous data entry and coordination with auditors during year-end

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall control of AR including create and update customer master, and ensuring the AR aging balances reconciled to GL.
• Responsible for generating monthly lump sum invoices, reconcile the variances (last month vs current month).
• Data entry of job cards to facilitate single haul / adhoc invoicing
• Responsible for Single haul/adhoc invoices.
• Liaise with sales personnel on invoice/credit note issuance.
• Liaise with sales admin for any discrepancy in contract creation or revision for the contract management system.
