The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive (AR) to join our finance team at Tuas South. The role covers AR duties, customer master data maintenance and AR aging reconciliation with the GL, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key tasks include generating monthly lump-sum invoices, reconciling variances, and preparing monthly SOAs. The incumbent will liaise with sales for invoicing and contract management, with standard hours 08:30–17:00, Monday to Friday.

Responsabilidades

• Manage AR functions including updating customer master and reconciling AR aging to GL.
• Generate monthly lump-sum invoices and reconcile variances.
• Data entry for job cards to support single haul/adhoc invoicing.
• Prepare and send monthly SOA to customers.
• Coordinate with sales for invoicing and contract management issues.
