The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive (AR) to manage accounts receivable, generate invoices, and keep customer master data updated. The role involves reconciling AR aging to the general ledger and coordinating with sales for invoices and credit notes.

You will prepare lump-sum and adhoc invoices, send monthly SOAs, and ensure accurate data entry for job cards and contracts. Work is based in Tuas South, Singapore, on a yearly renewable contract.

Qualificações

• AR management and invoicing experience.
• Reconciliation of AR aging to GL.
• Accurate data entry for invoices and customer records.

Responsabilidades

• Create and update customer master and reconcile AR aging to GL.
• Generate monthly lump sum invoices and reconcile variances.
• Data entry of job cards to support invoicing.
• Prepare single haul/adhoc invoices and email hard copies.
• Issue invoices/credit notes with sales personnel and update contracts.
• Send monthly Statements of Account (SOA) to customers.
• Process adhoc FOC trips within cap limits and liaise with auditors at year end.
