Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive (AR) for a yearly contract in Tuas South, Singapore. You will manage accounts receivable processes, update customer master data, and prepare monthly invoices and reconciliations with GL.

Responsibilities include issuing lump sum and single haul invoices, coordinating with sales, emailing invoices and SOAs, and supporting audits at period end.

Qualifications

• AR responsibilities including maintaining customer master and reconciling AR aging to GL.
• Generate monthly lump sum invoices and reconcile variances.
• Data entry of job cards to support invoicing.
• Prepare lump sum and single haul invoices.
• Coordinate with sales for invoice/credit notes.
• Send monthly SOA to customers.
• Assist auditors for interim and year-end closing.

Responsibilities

• Overall control of AR, create/update customer master, reconcile AR aging to GL.
• Generate monthly lump sum invoices and reconcile variances.
• Data entry of job cards for invoicing.
• Prepare single haul/adhoc invoices.
• Liaise with sales for invoice/credit notes issuance.
• Liaise with sales admin for contract changes in management system.
• Email/hardcopy invoices and monthly SOA to customers.
• Extract Hooklift tickets for monthly invoicing and sorting by customer.
• Bill adhoc FOC trips that exceed caps.
• Liaise with auditors for year-end closing.
