Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive (AR) in Tuas South, Singapore.

The role involves overseeing AR, generating monthly invoices, and reconciling variances to the general ledger. Working days are Monday to Friday, 0830 to 1700, with a transport allowance provided. This yearly contract position requires data entry for job cards, handling single haul/adhoc invoicing, and coordinating with sales for invoicing and contract management.

Qualifications

• AR control responsibilities including create and update customer master and reconciling AR aging balances to GL.
• Generate monthly lump sum invoices and reconcile variances (last month vs current month).
• Data entry of job cards to facilitate single haul/adhoc invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Single haul/adhoc invoices processing and issuance.
• Liaise with sales for invoice/credit note issuance and for contract management discrepancies.
• Email or send hard copies for lump sum or single haul invoices and monthly SOA.
• Extract Hooklift dumping tickets and sort by customer for end-of-month invoicing.
