Job summary

A funeral care service provider in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to manage the accounting function, handle payroll, and oversee general office administration. Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Admin Executive to manage our accounting function, while also handling payroll and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate, send and follow up on invoices for business operations
  • Review and recording of vendor and supplier invoices, receipts
  • Prepare monthly account summary
  • Review timesheets and prepare payroll
  • Oversee general office administration and office cleanliness
  • Assist in managing office-related tasks, including responding to texts and supporting day-to-day operations
