Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is looking for an experienced accountant to manage daily accounting operations in the West Area. Candidates should be proficient in accounts payable and receivable functions and have hands-on experience with accounting software.

The role requires maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with GST submissions. A diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 5 years of experience are required. Training will be provided for successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including preparing invoices and processing payments.
• Assist in GST submission and expenses claims.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain documentation and filing of financial records.
