Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking an accounting professional to manage AP, AR and GL activities at our well established office in Singapore. You will process supplier payments, customer invoices and assist with quarterly stock takes and GST declarations.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting/Finance with at least 2 years of AP/AR/GL experience, and involves month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in AP, AR and GL functions.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Process supplier payments, customer invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain stock records and assist with quarterly stock take.
• Coordinate shipment documents and GST declarations.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintain General Ledger (GL).
• Update project cost sheets and support billing processes.
• Assist in financial reporting, annual audits, and maintain proper accounting records.
• Liaise with internal departments on finance-related matters.
• Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
