Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts including AP, AR and GL.
• Handle supplier invoices, payments, receipts and customer billing.
• Prepare invoices, delivery orders and shipping documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations, petty cash and credit control.
• Monitor cash flow and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
• Assist with GST submissions, tax filing and year-end closing.
• Support audit preparation and other accounting activities.
