Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a diligent accounting professional to manage day-to-day financial transactions in Singapore. The role covers accounts payable and receivable, processing supplier invoices, payments, staff claims, and expense reimbursements.

You will also prepare invoices, perform bank reconciliations, and assist with GL entries and month-end close. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in accounting or finance, with good grasp of fundamental accounting principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level understanding of basic accounting concepts.
• Experience in finance is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations is beneficial.

• Handle daily accounting transactions including AP and AR.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, staff claims and reimbursements.
