Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced accountant to manage full-cycle AP/AR, GST, and month-end close at our Tuas Ave 11 location. The ideal candidate will liaise with auditors, support tax computations, and enhance internal controls while handling MYOB and ERP-related tasks.

With 5–8 years of accounting experience and a diploma or degree in accounting/finance, you will contribute to accurate financial reporting and compliance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in AP, AR, GST, taxation and month-end closing.
• Proficient in MYOB.
• Experience with ERP systems; Odoo is an advantage.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Audit experience and ability to liaise with auditors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle AP and AR, including invoices, payments, reconciliations, billing and collections.
• Manage GST and other statutory filings.
• Support corporate tax computations and liaise with tax agents and auditors.
• Maintain accurate GL entries and support month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents for internal and external audits.
• Liaise with auditors and provide required accounting information and documentation.
• Handle accounting operations using MYOB and support ERP-related activities.
• Support improvements to accounting processes, internal controls and systems.
