Job summary

A financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated individual to assist with regulatory compliance and financial oversight. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have 2 to 4 years of experience in the financial services industry. Fluency in English is required, and Mandarin proficiency is preferred. This role involves addressing daily operational issues and supporting the firm’s general administrative work. Competitive compensation will be offered.

Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting with regulatory and compliance matters with respect to GAMA’s operations in Singapore and the US
• Assisting with financial oversight including review of fund expenses and the preparation of management reports
• Willing to take on broad areas of responsibilities and developing solutions to daily operational and work issues
• Assisting with the general administrative work of the firm

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or similar is required
• 2 to 4 years’ experience working in the financial services industry
• Has an in-depth understanding of financial and regulatory requirements
• Must have fluent written and spoken English.
• Fluent written and spoken Mandarin is strongly preferred
