Just Recruit Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Account Executive to join our team in Paya Lebar. This full-time, on-site position offers a basic salary up to SGD 3,500 and standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.

The role involves handling accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, GST submissions, and assisting with audits. Diploma holders or LCCI with accounting focus are encouraged to apply; ACCA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification with relevant field or LCCI
• Accounting / ACCA (required)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain full sets of accounts.
• Coordinate payment schedules and report to management.
• Ensure accuracy of monthly GST submissions.
• Assist with audits and liaise with government authorities.
• Maintain petty cash and prepare daily/weekly financial reports.
• Filing and document control.
