Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Account Executive to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

You will handle full-set accounts, GST submissions, reconciliations, and audit support, with monthly salary SGD 3,200–3,500 and hours 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline or relevant professional qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience handling full-set accounts is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Well-organised, meticulous and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounts, AR, AP, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare payment schedules and provide updates to management.
• Process payments and reconcile banking transactions.
• Prepare daily bank balance reports and banking updates.
• Perform daily credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare daily sales reports for the Director and management.
• Prepare Fixed Asset depreciation reports and maintain asset records.
• Manage petty cash and staff reimbursements.
• Prepare GST returns and submit quarterly filings.
• Assist with e-commerce payment reconciliation and related matters.
• Review transactions and maintain accounting document controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
