Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring an Account Executive in Singapore. The role requires an accounting Diploma/Degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with an audit background.

Working days are Monday to Friday with flexible hours. Salary ranges from SGD 3,000 to SGD 4,500 depending on experience. Company transport is provided for the 8:00am-5:00pm shift option.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting.
• Audit background.
• At least 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure timely financial tracking and reporting.
• Oversee and review AP functions including journal.
• Inter-company transaction and balances.
• Stock issues and related adjustments.
• Prepare closing audit schedules and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
