Job summary

The SupremeHR Advisory Pte Ltd is hiring for an Account Executive to manage full accounting functions from receivables to audits. You will handle bank reconciliations, GST submissions, asset depreciation, and liaise with government authorities and banks.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting or LCCI and proficiency in MS Office, based at the MacPherson area. Working hours are 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with salary range $2500-$3200.

Qualifications

• Candidate should possess a Diploma qualification with relevant field or LCCI Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute in Account Receivable, Account Payable, bank reconciliation, and full sets of accounts.
• Arrange payment schedule, update and follow up on payments; submit daily/weekly reports to management.
• Audit financial transactions and control accounting documents.
• Prepare daily sales reports and report to Director and Management.
• Prepare yearly Fixed Asset Depreciation report for Director & Management.
• Liaise with government authorities for accounting matters including audit, GST, etc.
• Coordinate with involved parties for audits; work with management to ensure smooth audits.
• Liaise with banks and external parties for accounting/costing matters.
• Prepare daily credit card reconciliation, bank balance reports and monitor daily bank transactions.
• Petty cash management and reimbursement processing.
• Prepare cash submissions for bank deposits.
• Prepare quarterly GST submissions.
• Prepare yearly commission statements.
• Responsible for monthly inventory stock take, disposal and write-off for assets and inventory.
• Assist in e-commerce payments.
• Filing and arranging of documents.
• Other tasks assigned by Director & Management.
