Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an Account Executive in Tampines Business Hub, Singapore. The role handles full set of accounts, AP/AR, invoicing, GST, year-end work and liaises with auditors and banks. Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, starting salary SGD 2,800–4,000 per month, with on-site duties.

Experience in managing a full set of accounts is required. Join our team to support daily financial operations and ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling a full set of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting operations
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and process supplier invoices
• Monitor collections, payments and outstanding accounts
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Perform monthly closing and maintain the general ledger
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet
• Handle GST preparation and submission
• Handle statutory accounting and regulatory filings as required
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents
• Prepare year-end accounts and supporting schedules/documents for annual external audit
• Liaise with external auditors, banks and relevant authorities when required
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required
