Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. on Genting Road is seeking an Account Executive to manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including financial reporting and GST submissions, with a competitive monthly salary.

The role involves inter-company coordination, liaising with auditors and tax agents, and maintaining orderly accounting records. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with a basic salary of SGD 3,000– SGD 4,000 and a bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of accounting functions, including financial reporting, bank reconciliations, GST submissions, and statutory compliance.
• Prepare reimbursement invoices, inter-company billings, payment proposals, and payment instructions (GIRO, FAST, TT) with proper supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with affiliated companies to ensure accurate inter-company reconciliations and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries when required.
• Maintain organized accounting records and provide administrative and ad hoc support as assigned by management.
