Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Account Executive to manage full set of accounts from day-to-day operations to year‑end audits.

The position is based at Tampines Business Hub in Singapore with a Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM schedule. Starting salary ranges from SGD 2,800 to SGD 4,000 per month. You will handle AP/AR, invoicing, GST, monthly closings, and financial reporting, liaising with auditors and banks as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling a full set of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting operations
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and process supplier invoices
• Monitor collections, payments and outstanding accounts
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Perform monthly closing and maintain the general ledger
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet
• Handle GST preparation and submission
• Handle statutory accounting and regulatory filings as required
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents
• Prepare year-end accounts and supporting schedules/documents for annual external audit
• Liaise with external auditors, banks and relevant authorities when required
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required
