Full job description

Manage tax internal controls, accounting operations, tax filings, and annual statutory and special audits for the Singapore entity

Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory and financial standards

Maintain good working relationships with external partners and stakeholders

Handle daily accounting operations and proper documentation in line with company financial procedures

Prepare cash flow forecasts, cash count reports, and periodic financial statements

Consolidate and analyze regional financial and operational data to support management reporting

Support monthly stock takes and quarterly asset verification

Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in inventory system to improve inventory accuracy and turnover

Perform other finance-related duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

Experience with Xero, or similar accounting/ERP systems is an advantage

Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, adaptable, and proactive, with a positive attitude under pressure
