Account Manager / Sales / Business Development (B2B)

  • Basic Salary: $2800 - $3,200

  • Transport Allowance: $800 (if you have your own car)

  • Mobile Allowance: $40

  • Monthly commission + Monthly Achievement Bonus (Fixed $500 commission for first 3 months) + AWS

  • Working Location: Media Cir (Buose Vista)

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Company Transport:

Pick-up from One North starting at 8:00 AM

Drop-off from company at 8:00 PM

Job Duties:
  • Prospect and identify potential clients via cold calling, networking, and industry research.

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet/exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annually).

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.

  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company’s printing and IT services.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.

  • Analyze market data to identify business opportunities and refine sales strategies.

  • Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and client proposals.

  • Present the company's value proposition clearly and persuasively.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service and timely delivery.

  • Maintain detailed sales activity and customer interaction records in CRM.

  • Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and performance reports to management.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma, Higher NITEC/NITEC qualification Preferably in IT or a related field.
