Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive, SMB Grower to support growth and retention of Stripe’s SMB customers across Southeast Asia. You’ll understand client needs, execute scaled sales strategies to upsell and renew, and drive adoption of Stripe’s offerings.

You’ll own the full sales cycle—from lead to close—for small/medium businesses, collaborating with product, sales, risk, and operations to improve our product and service.

Responsibilities

• Own contract renewals and lead negotiations to increase revenue and Stripe market share.
• Develop and implement full sales cycle strategies for driving product adoption, net new product sales, and client retention at scale among existing Stripe customers in Southeast Asia region.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for small/medium businesses.
