Job summary

A leading financial services provider in Singapore is seeking an Account Executive to manage the full set of accounts, including financial statements and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in transactions while supporting project managers with budget tracking. This role requires strong financial skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Manage invoicing, collections, and payments to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs and budgets; support project managers with cost tracking.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties for statutory compliance.
• Maintain and organize financial records for internal and audit purposes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions and reporting.
