We are looking for a motivated and versatileAccount cum Marketing Executiveto join our team. The role combines client account management with marketing and communications responsibilities, supporting both operational and business development goals. You will work closely with clients to coordinate recycling and data destruction services while helping to promote sustainability initiatives and corporate branding.
Responsibilities
Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and professional handling of requests and service coordination.
- Prepare quotations, service agreements, and follow-up on sales inquiries.
- Coordinate job orders with operations, logistics, and data destruction teams.
- Manage client feedback, after-service follow-ups, and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business.
- Support the preparation of reports, recycling certificates, and carbon savings summaries for clients.
Marketing & Communications
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Coordinate participation in exhibitions, community events, and partnerships (e.g., Repair Kopitiam, NEA initiatives).
- Support lead generation through outreach campaigns, market research, and follow-up with potential clients.
Administrative & Support
- Maintain client database and marketing records.
- Prepare monthly performance summaries and assist in proposal submissions and tender documentation.
Requirements and skills
- Diploma or Degree inMarketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum1–2 years of experiencein account management, marketing, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient inMicrosoft Officeand familiar withdigital marketing tools(e.g., social media, email campaigns, Canva, etc.)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate aboutsustainability, recycling, and environmental initiatives.
- Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or business support roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
