Responsibilities

• Support billing and invoicing, ensuring completed jobs are accurately and promptly billed
• Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups, payment reminders and maintaining the AR ageing report
• Provide Accounts Payable (AP) support, including vendor invoice checking and documentation
• Verify job details, pricing and supporting documents to ensure accurate and complete billing
• Maintain proper financial records and documentation in accounting systems such as Xero
• Work closely with Operations, Customer Service and Finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies
• Opportunity to develop beyond billing and take on broader AR/AP and finance responsibilities as you gain experience
