Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support billing and invoicing, ensuring accurate and timely billing of completed jobs.
• Assist with AR follow-ups, payment reminders and ageing reports, and AP invoice processing.
• Verify job details, pricing and supporting documents for billing accuracy.
• Maintain financial records in accounting systems such as Xero and resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams.
