YISHUN TOWING PTE LTD is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage invoicing, payments, and aging reports in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting or related field, strong Excel skills, and experience with UBS accounting software. You will collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate records and timely collections.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial role.

Responsabilidades

Job Description & Requirements

Working days: 5days
Working Timing: 8.30am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and send out invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances and communicate with customers regarding payment status.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a prompt and professional manner.
• Process customer payments received via various methods, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and update customer account information as needed.
• Prepare aging reports and assist in the analysis of accounts receivable data.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to accounts receivable processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial role.
