Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd is hiring for an accounts role in Singapore. The position covers full-set bookkeeping including AP, AR and GL with close liaison to an overseas shared services team. You will ensure timely invoice processing and resolve discrepancies, while supporting monthly closing and process improvements.

The role requires a diploma in accounting or finance and at least 1 year of experience. Proficiency in Excel and SAP is preferred.

Formación

• Diploma in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of financial accounting and full set bookkeeping (AP, AR, GL).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with Excel; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate smooth execution of AP, AR & GL processes and liaise with overseas shared services.
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time; resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Liaise with the shared service centre to address supplier payments and queries.
• Review AP schedules including cash-in-advance, supplier contracts, and payment proposals.
• Assist in verifying vendor bank details for foreign payments.
• Support monthly closing activities: expense analysis and accruals.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and drive change.
• Assist the SOXA lead in AP cycle documentation and testing.
• Support external audits with requested documentation.

About the role

Salary: Up to $4,000
Mondays to Fridays: 7.30am to 4.30pm (including 1 hour lunch break)
Company transport provided from various point (mostly east)

Job Responsibility:

• Facilitate smooth execution AP,AR & GL processes including point of contact liaising with overseas shared services team .
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and within set timeline and provide resolution for invoice discrepancy.
• Liaising with shared service centre in ensuring timely response provide to stakeholders which includes supplier/ vendors queries pertaining to payments and/or invoices including payments to suppliers.
• Review prepared AP schedules including cash-in-advance, supplier/vendors contract list, payment proposals and other reconciliation.
• Assist in the verification and follow up of vendors’ bank details to prepare wire instructions for foreign payments.
• Assist supervisor on monthly closing activities in expense analysis and accruals.
• Work as part of a team to improve processes and drive change.
• Assist the SOXA lead in AP cycle including documentation to testing of cycle.
• Participate in external audit by providing documentation as requested.

Requirments:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
• Min 1 year of financial accounting and full set bookkeeping (AP AR GL) experience.
• Expert level in Microsoft Office 365 with Excel and SAP skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills to interact effectively in a MNC environment.
• Ability to influence, self-driven and good team player.
• Comfort in interacting with all levels of management and building relationships.
