MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support daily accounting operations, month-end closing, financial reporting and Singapore tax compliance. Location: Orchard, Singapore.

You will manage AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations and assist with GST and corporate tax, coordinating with auditors and tax agents. Proficiency in Excel and ERP, strong attention to detail and deadline-driven work are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Singapore accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software or ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Handle accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payments and collections.
• Prepare invoices, record transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations and monitor outstanding receivables.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing, journal entries, accruals and prepayments.
• Prepare monthly accounting reports and support financial statement preparation.
• Assist with GST, corporate income tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents and provide supporting documents.
• Maintain proper documentation, confidentiality and internal controls.

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support daily accounting operations, month-end closing, financial reporting and Singapore tax compliance.

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: Orchard, Singapore
Salary: S$2,800-S$3,200 per month
Benefits: Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payments and collections.

• Prepare invoices, record transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.

• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations and monitor outstanding receivables.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
