Job summary

Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd is hiring for an accounts role in Singapore. The position covers full-set bookkeeping including AP, AR and GL with close liaison to an overseas shared services team. You will ensure timely invoice processing and resolve discrepancies, while supporting monthly closing and process improvements.

The role requires a diploma in accounting or finance and at least 1 year of experience. Proficiency in Excel and SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of financial accounting and full set bookkeeping (AP, AR, GL).
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with Excel; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Facilitate smooth execution of AP, AR & GL processes and liaise with overseas shared services.
Ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time; resolve invoice discrepancies.
Liaise with the shared service centre to address supplier payments and queries.
Review AP schedules including cash-in-advance, supplier contracts, and payment proposals.
Assist in verifying vendor bank details for foreign payments.
Support monthly closing activities: expense analysis and accruals.
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and drive change.
Assist the SOXA lead in AP cycle documentation and testing.
Support external audits with requested documentation.
