Responsibilities

• Recruitment & engagement of volunteers for various roles and programmes.
• Develop and implement training sessions and orientation for volunteers.
• Match volunteers with programmes and organisational needs; maintain volunteer databases.
• Coordinate volunteer training, engagement, and appreciation initiatives.
• Foster relationships with partners and other organisations to cultivate volunteering opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of volunteer data, participation, training and hours; ensure PDPA compliance.
• Evaluate and report on the success of volunteer recruitment and initiatives.
