Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage day-to-day HR activities in Singapore.

This role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance with local regulations. It offers a clear career path and exposure to all HR life cycle activities. You will coordinate with hiring managers to define roles, post advertisements, screen candidates and coordinate offers, while ensuring adherence to MOM and CPF requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of full spectrum, hands-on experience in HR operations.
• Experience using Time software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records.

$3,000-$3,800 + AWS + Variable bonus[Apr] + 14 AL

Location:

Gul Circle, [Company Transport @ 7.30am Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay]

Working Hours:

8.15am - 5.30pm

Working Days:

5 Days [Monday - Friday]
