Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a capable HR Operations professional to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll and employee records at our Gul Circle location.

You will work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower needs, craft job descriptions and execute effective recruitment plans, while ensuring compliance with MOM, CPF and other statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including job ads, screening, interview coordination, agencies and offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and create recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation including MOM and CPF, and update management accordingly.
• Coordinate training, documentation and maintain training records.

Job description

• Salary: $3,000-$3,800+ AWS + VB
• Location: Gul Circle, [Company Transport @ 7.30am Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay]
• Working Hours: 8.15am - 5.30pm
• Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification
• At least 2 year of full spectrum, hands-on experience in HR operations
• Experience in using Time software is preferred
