Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an HR Operations professional to manage daily HR duties at Gul Circle. You will cover recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee records to keep HR processes smooth.

You will partner with hiring managers to identify manpower needs, draft job descriptions, and implement recruitment plans while ensuring MOM/CPF compliance and timely updates. Diploma in HRM and 2+ years' experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of full spectrum HR operations experience.
• Experience in using Time software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records

Salary: $3,000-$3,800 + AWS + VB

Location: Gul Circle, [Company Transport @ 7.30am Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay]

Working Hours: 8.15am - 5.30pm

Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]
