The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on HR Operations professional in Singapore to manage day-to-day HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and employee records.

This on-site role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to forecast manpower needs and craft job descriptions. You will also ensure compliance with MOM and CPF regulations while keeping management informed of updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in HRM or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and payroll processes.
• Familiar with MOM and CPF regulations in Singapore.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records

Salary: $3,000-$3,800 + AWS + VB

Location: Gul Circle, [Company Transport @ 7.30am Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay]

Working Hours: 8.15am - 5.30pm

Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification
• At least 2 year of full spectrum, hands-on experience in HR operations
• Experience in using Time software is preferred
