The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Executive in Singapore to manage daily HR operations, recruit and onboard staff, handle payroll and maintain records.

The role focuses on compliance with MOM and CPF rules and delivering excellent employee services. You will work closely with managers to forecast headcount, craft job descriptions and coordinate training and development initiatives. This position requires a Diploma in HRM and at least 2 years of hands-on HR experience with

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of full spectrum HR operations experience.
• Experience in using Time software is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, agencies and offers.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management updated.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records.

HR Executive

Salary: $3,000 - $3,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 8.15am - 5.30pm

Location: Gul Circle [Company Transport Provided at Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay MRT]

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification
• At least 2 year of full spectrum, hands-on experience in HR operations
• Experience in using Time software is preferred
