Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable HR Operations professional in Singapore. The role covers day-to-day HR tasks, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and payroll administration to support a growing workforce.

You will work with hiring managers to define roles, create job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans while ensuring compliance with MOM and CPF regulations. Training coordination and records management are also part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of hands-on HR operations experience.
• Experience with Time software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records and payroll administration.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job ads, screening, interviews, agencies and offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and develop job descriptions.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM and CPF regulations, and report updates to management.
• Coordinate mandatory training and maintain training records.

Salary: $3,000-$3,800 + AWS + VB

Location: Gul Circle, [Company Transport @ 7.30am Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay]

Working Hours: 8.15am - 5.30pm

Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification
• At least 2 year of full spectrum, hands-on experience in HR operations
• Experience in using Time software is preferred
