Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on HR Operations professional to manage day-to-day HR functions, recruitment, onboarding and payroll administration in a Singapore-based role.

You will support recruitment efforts, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with MOM and CPF regulations while coordinating training and welfare activities. This on-site role offers a competitive salary and company transport options.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in HR Management or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of full spectrum, hands-on experience in HR operations.
• Experience in using Time software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records

Salary: $3,000-$3,800 + AWS + VB

Location: Gul Circle, [Company Transport @ 7.30am Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay]

Working Hours: 8.15am - 5.30pm

Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]
