Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on HR Operations professional to oversee daily HR tasks in Singapore, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and employee welfare.

The role is based at Gul Circle with company transport at 7.30am from Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers on manpower planning, and ensure statutory compliance (MOM, CPF).

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in HR Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of full-spectrum HR operations experience.
• Experience with Time software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records

Salary: $3,000-$3,800 + AWS + Variable bonus[Apr] + 14 AL

Location: Gul Circle, [Company Transport @ 7.30am Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay]

Working Hours: 8.15am - 5.30pm

Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]
