The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage day-to-day HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, records and payroll. You will collaborate with managers to define roles, ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate staff training.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in HRM with at least 2 years of hands-on HR operations experience and familiarity with Time software. This is a full-time on-site role at Gul Circle, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of full spectrum, hands-on experience in HR operations.
• Experience in using Time software is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and payroll administration.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment from job ads to offer administration.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and craft job descriptions.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation (MOM, CPF) and update management on changes.
• Coordinate training documentation and maintain training records.

• Salary: $3,000-$3,500+ AWS + VB
• Location: Gul Circle, [Company Transport Available]
• Working Hours: 8.15am - 5.30pm
• Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records

• At least 2 year of full spectrum, hands-on experience in HR operations
• Experience in using Time software is preferred
