Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Operations professional in Singapore to manage day-to-day HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, records, payroll and employee welfare.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, coordinate with hiring managers to define manpower, create job descriptions and implement recruitment plans while ensuring compliance with MOM and CPF regulations. Training coordination and record maintenance are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in HRM or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of full spectrum, hands-on experience in HR operations.
• Experience in using Time software is preferred.

• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records

• Salary: $3,000-$3,500+ AWS + VB
• Location: Gul Circle, [Company Transport Available]
• Working Hours: 8.15am - 5.30pm
• Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]
