Job description

Responsibilities:

Business capability specialist

• Supporting local business units investments into the funds platform with a focus on alternative investment platform(s) including creating the RFP repository for internal clients, assist hiring manager with onboarding queries amongst others and support improvement of performance reporting framework

Project Management

• End to end management of product initiatives with a focus on alternatives including assisting with fund documentation, liaising with various service providers and legal / tax advisors, coordination of internal and external parties/ resources to ensure successful implementation of initiatives or product launch.

Support strategic initiatives

• Assist hiring manager to develop, research, set up and operationalise a framework and operating model for alternative solutions for ILPs, also to support strategic initiatives under VCC and private assets

VCC Products Management

• Management of alternative investment product infrastructure including preparation of board papers and AIA internal governance related materials.

Requirements:

• Education – Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business or Accountancy
• Experience – 0-3 years
• Special skills – Advanced Excel and ppt skills
